What we do
Kulachka & Co. is a hospitality consulting and education studio founded by Svetlana Hanover, a certified Ayurvedic practitioner with 15+ years operating vacation rentals and boutique hospitality. Across 400+ properties and 200,000+ guest stays, the studio has developed the Kulachka Framework — a five-sense design system that moves a traveler's nervous system from "on alert" to "at ease."
The Framework
Four pillars: Grounding (earth), Warming (fire), Calming (water), Nourishing (air). Each pillar maps onto sight, sound, scent, touch, and taste — producing a comprehensive sensory audit grid hosts use to diagnose and re-design their properties.

Svetlana Hanover — born in rural Siberia, emigrated to the U.S. at 18, worked from waitress to assistant general manager of a legendary North Jersey fine-dining venue (2,000 guests/day).
